All data, scores, and metrics published (including TTFB, LCP, Payload, HTTP Requests, and estimated CO2) represent objective technical findings obtained through universally recognized third-party tools, such as Google Lighthouse and Google PageSpeed Insights API.

• Tests are performed under standardized conditions (Mobile 4G / Desktop).
• Results reflect the technical status of the URL at the exact moment of the scan.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

bit-aud.it is not responsible for temporary variations in the performance of analyzed sites due to maintenance, traffic peaks, or third-party server downtime. The observatory does not intend to damage the image of the entities but to promote digital efficiency culture.

Names, logos, and trademarks cited within the audits belong to their respective owners and are used exclusively for identification, educational, and informative purposes (Fair Use).
